I am not receiving a telephone verification code for a particular app. I have resent the code and also double checked my telephone number is enter correctly and still no codes received. I do receive verification codes from other apps like Apple, but for some reason this app that I meant to use to access an Airbnb apartment is not working, any ideas?

Thanks for the info! I’ve been a customer for about 5 years now and have received verification codes in the past, although not 100%.

@Johanna5050 Did you just join public mobile ? If so it can take 3-5 days before you start to receive 2FA codes from other apps like banks /apps etc
