I renewed my plan today and it has unlimited talk in text in Canada and the USA.
And I can't make long distance calls it says I don't have enough time.
Can I have a CS agents help please

Does her plan include roaming in Canada?

Where are you trying to call? If it's any country other than Canada or the US you need to buy long distance minutes, unless you have one of the international plans.

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on and see if that works.
If not then you need to contact a CS_Agent to investigate the LD calling issue.
