I have been permanently locked out of my account after changing my password. It told me I have too many attempts and said to try again in an hour, which was well over a month ago and everytime I try, it still continues to tell me to wait an hour despite using the correct password. Not sure what to do about this.

permanently locked out? did you try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to request unlock and loign?
