Why am I got billed today for $11.50 for Automatic TopUp?Can someone explain this to me?  I don;t think I signed up for Automatic TopUp and I don;t believe I have exceeded my data limit.  I also cannot find it online that data usage.

hi, I registered my number and attempted to pay using one email, but it didn’t work even though the payment went through. I had to pay again using a different email. I would like a refund for the first payment.
