Instructions stated I would receive an email from my previous provider within 5hrs and then to remove your old SIM card, it’s been 24 hrs since I subscribed and still haven’t received an email from my previous provider and my Public Mobile account is not active yet. Has anyone else had this problem or know a solution? Thanks in advance.

@Beatty No email to port number , you leave old providers SIM card in the phone to receive confirmation text to port by replying YES .. does your old providers SIM card still work ? If it does then the port didn’t complete . I can private message you the porting team number and they can re trigger the port request for you .

It's not an email, it's a text message. If you are porting over a phone number from another service provider, you need to keep the old providers SIM card in your phone for the port request to come through. You'd have 90 minutes to say yes. Did you say yes? Did you miss it?
