I got a new subscription yesterday. Can’t get my phone to work. Received an email from my previous provider saying “Goodbye” so assume they were contacted. My phone is mot activated. Had instructions on a QR code - did not work. Shut off my phone; removed SIM card; reinstalled it; turned phone back on. Still not working. Need help!!!!

can you go to the Sim Manager screen or the Settings->Cellular screen and check if the Public Mobile esim is already there? if it is , you just need to enable it or turn on "Turn on this line" option and then Reset Network settings and it should work

A little confused because the QR code is for eSIM but you indicated that you have a SIM.
What format do you have for PM?

Hey @Honker
Have you tried to reset your network settings and then reboot the phone. Sometimes it has left over network information that conflicts with Public Mobile.
