subscription activating can not complete at last step

The last step of subscription show the message " something didn't go right while activation your subscrption click below to contact a customer support agent"

Hello @Janice63 

You have to sign up using the Public Mobile APP. You can reach a CS Agent by using the chat box in the bottom right corner.
