  • Hi, how do I redo the activation process?  I put IMEI number instead of account number and it's stucked here.  I called Koodos the agent said the request for transferring my number was canceled and need the request again.  I talked to the Public Mobile live chat and she couldn't do anything and create the private ticket.  I don't know how to create the private ticket either.  Is there anyone I can talk to in Public Mobile?

I got the phone number and called but it's Koodos team and he said the activation needs to be re started again from public mobile side.  And asked for any ticket number.  Is there public mobile team phone number to call?
