Thank you very much. I solved the problem. I had tow more eSIMs from my travel and also eSIM with public mobile and a wrong one was activated.

give us more info. Android or iPhone?
can you receive calls and can you send?
if you have Android, try uninstall Google Message and reinstall (or if you are not using Google Message, just install it and set it as the default message app)
But if you have iPhone, turn off iMessage first, reboot phone and turn iMessage back on and try again

If you log into your account or dial 611 from your phone, does it show the payment is up to date and paid?
If your answer is YES, the go into your network settings on your phone and reset them. Then reboot your phone. If that doesn't work, try your SIM card in a different phone.. trial and error of course. If it works in the other phone, then you know something ain't right. If it doesn't work, then create a ticket.
