Remove from automatic payment

Hello, I’m no longer with Public Mobile but you still deduct monthly payment from my credit card. Please remove the automated payment from my account and refund the amounts that were incorrectly charged. Thank you!

Are you still able to login to your PM account?  Is your PM SIM card still working?  

When you say that you are no longer with Public mobile, did  you port your number to another mobile company?

ed..include as much account info as you can ie; ph #. acct #, PM pin #, name on acct...etc.
