eSIM not working

I subscribed to public mobile n paid the fees n when the rain down loaded it it said active but it did not work , What can I didn’t now to fix the situation

Then you will need to contact customer service agent as describe earlier.

HI @Rob12122002 

make sure the esim is active and set as Primary and "Turn on this line" is enabled

then try Reset All networks 

if same, ask PM support to refresh the account or help to get a new esim.  Message them
