I subscribed to public mobile n paid the fees n when the rain down loaded it it said active but it did not work , What can I didn’t now to fix the situation
Yes i ported a number over n yes. There was a QR code sent to my email the eSIM said connected but did not work no service so I deleted it n tried QR code n it ses it can’t be used .
