Porting did not complete please HELP!!!

Hi I ported my number from virgin plus to Public mobile on 31st October 2024. My virgin plus sim got disconnected from network with in 30 minutes … I inserted public mobile sim it says SOS only it’s been 3 days still no signal.. I tried all troubleshooting steps( changed Sim & tried on different devices) Customer support team raised ticket.. but of no use, they stopped responding to my messages
please help!!
I can’t even go for Uber delivery Job due to no network…
please help

Virgin Mobile Prepaid is like the Hotel California - "You Check Out, But You Can Never Leave". I've tried for 3 days now to port my number to PM using all the instructions they send but No Joy! It can't be this difficult? My transferred number shows up on my PM account but calling inbound yields Virgin Mobile's Voice Mail immediately and of course text goes directly to VM. Is there a Customer Service Agent that can help port my number? Thank you!

It sounds like it could be a provisional issue with your SIM. This will be an easy fix with an agent.

Just ask you speak to a supervisor to deal with your case.

You need need to reply to the text from PM confirming you are porting out. Since your SIM isn’t working then you can’t reply or port out.
Best to communicate with a supervisor.

Reset my network settings, bought new SIM card
Switched off , removed sim & inserted it again switched it ON

hi @Ragesh As the Virgi sim is not working anymore, it sounds like a prob with the sim card setup instead of porting
please message support and ask them to check
