Public mobile usually will send an email welcoming you to Public mobile to your registered email. Might want to check your various email accounts.
If you have a registered credit card on file and know your PIN number, you can also dial 611 on your phone to load up funds to pay your account.

@Bill1214 Try to use the forgot email option in the website at log in page . And check all emails you use for the code . If that doesn’t work ask support to help you log back in and update your email . You can also buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume service right away
