Lost/stolen phone mark as

Please chatbot, mark my phone as lost. I need to log into My Account and get OTP sent to my email address and NOT phone number. Thank you Lynne

Just to add to @TheSterlinger , because your phone will have your email on it, the person who may have your phone may have access to that email. So once the code goes to your email, log on to your account ASAP and then click on this link ASAP. Then click on lost or stolen.

THEN, go to https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/selfservemenu right after and change your password to your account. Better to be safe than sorry.

hi @Brendancmaloney you can easily get that code to send to email, just click Didn't Receive Code and then Send email 

once you are in My Account, you can Mark you phone as Lost/Stolem yourself 

or if you cannot login and need support agent to help, message them , you can  submit by direct message:

Since you can't log into your account you can reach a CS Agent this way.
