dropped calls

I am using AT&T in the US for a month and my phone is not completing calls. It has worked intermittently but mostly does put the call through. When my phone is called, it goes directly to voice mail which I cannot pick up as the phone will not complete the call.

@njjc1  Try setting your phone to 4G/LTE  not 5G and test AT&T /T mobile or Verizon , but if you phone is not on the PM voLTE white list making phone calls will be difficult

That should say 'mostly does NOT put the call through.'
