You took the payment from my credit card twice on same day in Oct, please refund me one of the payment back, thanks.

good luck they did this to me on July 11th 2023 and still insist they haven't even when i provided bank statements.
They are def becoming a very Useless support and customer service this no actual person to talk to is pretty shady way to run a business. Maybe ill report them to credit bureau for late payments lmao

You should know that these forums are run by customers like you. Nobody from Public Mobile monitors these forums. That's why there is a little chat box in the bottom right corner of the page to contact Customer Service. BUT before you do, first, contact your bank to find out if there really is two charges. Often people make a mistake by thinking the "Pendingcharge is an actual charge along with the actual charge. If there actually is a double charge, you need to create a ticket.

@joanna161616  Check the credit card again is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off , but if both charges are posted and the missing money not sitting in your accounts available funds then 

send  a  private message   To CS_Agent
