Community reward missing completely

So JAN community rewards haven’t come and it’s now march . On top of that I noticed in my payment page there is no longer even mention of the community reward entry . Sure hope this is a glitch and will return and we all do still get the JAN rewards....

Is roaming won't receive or place call

Text working, data working but slow, can't make calls, can't receive calls.  Tried reboot, changing at&T and T-Mobile but phone service just doesn't work - customer service response somewhat sparse they may have nothing to offer more.Need help
