My calls don't go through

I have unlimited text and minutes in Canada and when I want to make a call the message says that I have used up all my minutes and need to purchase more? What is this?

I tried calling a different number and it went through. Now the original number works as well. Thanks for your help.

Tried the 1 and reboot and reset. No change.
