My calls don't go through

JohnLaar

I have unlimited text and minutes in Canada and when I want to make a call the message says that I have used up all my minutes and need to purchase more?  What is this?

problem could likely have been a temporary issue with local network in your area. Sounds like you're good to go now.

Great it is all good without going through PM

and you have taught us a new trick to resolve this problem.  Thanks

hi @JohnLaar inbound calls and data work?

if calling with 1 does not work and reboot not help either, check My Account to confirm if account is active

then ask PM support agent to refresh the account for you.  submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can  submit by direct message:

if you have another phone, test the sim card there

if not, try reboot once more

and last, ask PM to help

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

or message them using this link:

Tried the 1 and reboot and reset.  No change.

@JohnLaar

Add 1 in front of the number and see if that works. If not, reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

common glitch.  Usually reboot the phone would be good

or try to call with a 1 in front of the number, or try calling without 1 if you are calling with 1 already

last, try Reset All network after a reboot
