I have unlimited text and minutes in Canada and when I want to make a call the message says that I have used up all my minutes and need to purchase more? What is this?

problem could likely have been a temporary issue with local network in your area. Sounds like you're good to go now.

if you have another phone, test the sim card there
if not, try reboot once more
and last, ask PM to help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Tried the 1 and reboot and reset. No change.

Add 1 in front of the number and see if that works. If not, reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

common glitch. Usually reboot the phone would be good
or try to call with a 1 in front of the number, or try calling without 1 if you are calling with 1 already
last, try Reset All network after a reboot
