over a year later, my throttled speed test is maxing at 150kbps down.

@hTideGnow They're talking about the unlimited **throttled** speed after the data bucket has been used up.

great it works and issue resolved.!!

yep 150kbps.  @slusagm suggestion to reset my networks improved the speed drastically.  Thank you for your links, I will take advantage of them in the future should I need them!

I hadn't considered it might be my phone, thanks for the advice.  A network reset brought it up to .43Mpbs from .15Mbps.

@zerohedspace  Yes I have and it’s painfully slow only good for checking emails web pages load slowly and certainly no good for video

150Kbps down is not right.  what phone you have? you tried Reset All Network? you tried the different network mode (3G or 4G or 5G) ?  And try the sim in another phone

is it kbps and not mbps?  if 150Mbps it is ok, kbps is not right

Can you tell us what model of phone you have?  And try Reset All Networks on your phone
