CAN /US subscription

Not able to call US numbers since this morning from my CAN/US plan, any idea what is happening here ?

You are right, I can call other US numbers but not able to call a number with T-Mobile, I have a second public phone that also is not able to call this particular T-Mobile number, raised a ticket and waiting for a solution, thank you.

@janimathew  Not all U.S. area codes can be dialed  test calling US McDonalds restaurant and see if it works

hi @janimathew oh, you are in Canada.  Then forget the US networks suggestions above

try reboot the phone. Call with the 1 in front of the 10 digits. And try calling different US numbers

@janimathew  Set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile /AT&T or Verizon . Also note if your phone is not on thenPM voLTE whitelist using your phone for phone calls in the US will be difficult

Yes, it was working well before, since this morning I can not make calls from Canada to US numbers

can you still receive calls in US now?

try using different network, but only use 4G .  Try AT&T or T-Mobile or Verizon 

if none of those work, try putting network mode to 2G and use T-Mobile
