My data is ending soon. I used up 5gb out of 6gb. And subscription renews on dec 28 but i need my data now. Can I unsubscribe and then subscribe again so that my data plan starts again with 0 gb?

@Aizha What is your average monthly data usage?

If it is usually less than 6GB of what I assume is the $23 plan, I suggest that you stay with your plan and 

a.  Contact a CS_Agent as suggested to see if you can renew early;

b.  Buy extra data with cash; 

c. Buy extra data with points (if you have enough); or

d.  Ration your remaining 1GB over the last 6 days, use Wifi or live without mobile data until your renewal on December 28th.

If you regularly need more than 6GB per month, you could change to the $25 10GB 4G Plan which should be available to you. Just be aware that you will most likely be prevented from downgrading to a cheaper plan in the future. For this reason, I recommend that people not sign up/pay for more data than they need.

If you are happy with your plan then just buy data add-on.

If you want more data in general then you can change plan NOW to better plan. Be advised you will immediately be charged for new plan cost and you will not receive refund for existing plan for days from today to dec 28.

@Aizha 

Unfortunately, you can unsubscribe and subscribe again. All that does is turn off and on AutoPay.

It is better for you to purchase additional Add-on data.

hi @Aizha you can use change plan now to change to another plan

or if you want to stay with current plan but renew now to start new cycle so you have data, ask support agent to help

@Aizha  You can buy data add on to hold you over until the 28 on your renewal day or change to plan with more data if the 6GB not enough for example you may see 10GB $25 plan in your account otherwise to do early renewal on same plan you need to ask support to help with that
