I scheduled a plan change on renewal but I logged in and still see my old plan. Did I do anything wrong?

Yes, there is a lmit.  The limit is the same as the amount of data that is included in your Canada-US plan.

hi @Monte9928 yes.  You still need to turn on roaming on your phone.  Make sure your phone connects to T-Mobile AT&T and Verizon. Preferably 4G not 5G

oh bingo. I see the new plan now.  !

another question, I got changed to Canada US plan.  Do I need turn in roaming?

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
