Changing my Subscription _ Not seeing the lower Tier plans (but are available to Existing Customers)

Hello

I am Trying to change my subscription. the plan is available for existing customer but can't seem to see it in the options when trying to change when I log in.

I confirm  the lower tier plans are visible to existing customers when you are on a lower tier plan (Like $19 plan) but not visible to me.  am on higher ($34 plan) !!! Confusing !

the Plan am using is 5G $34 / 50GB the plan am looking to change to this: 4G /$25 10GB .

I share your frustration by not being able to downsize. I wish I could change my subscription to suit my needs instead of paying for more than I need.

Agreed. Up until earlier this year, we could bounce in and outta plans at will...BUT...that changed and now we have very limited options if we wanna downgrade plans. One option is to get a new sim and start a new account but you'd need a different email address and get a new cell number. Not great options, I know.

it's not just now. I tried to change couple months back same options as mentioned. Customers should have the right to change to lower tiers plans (not the new activation ones) when their circumstances change.  Showing  Mostly upgrading options and one lower plan is limiting and not letting you downgrade when you need it; that's on PM.   Thanks . you can downsize to it if it's available to you in your account. You can only change to plans you see in your account.

I still see the lower tier 4G $30 /20GB plan as an option . that's downsizing

that likely isn't available to you today as you have a plan of higher cost. PM won't let us downsize plans now.
