Service not working

For some reason it says my service is not working even thogh my payment has not been taken out yet, which is suppose to be today.

glad it works

PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly.  So, make sure you aware the renewal day will be different.

That worked. Thank you so much. My payday was today and it must have tried to take it out yesterday.

use this link to load enough fund for the renewal.

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

 Then logout, wait 5 mins and log back in and check if account renewed.  If it is, reboot phone

Payment hasn't come out and I do not see a button for pay and resume.

so, you have no service at all? 

autopay could fail.  Login My Account again using Incognito mode to confirm if the cycle shows a new one already.  Check Payment history page and see if PM took the money today or yesterday

And reboot the phone and check 

but if it shows PM didn't take the money, there should be a button Pay and Resume services for you to make a manual payment to resume

It also says I may be out of data.

Check to see if there is an outage in your area. There was several back east.
