Hi there. I'm sure this has been asked a million times- I bought an eSIM subscription and of course the activation is unable to be completed.
i messaged an agent and they told me to purchase a physical sim and they would refund me.
however I can't activate this new sim as my email is attached to the eSIM activation.
How can I get this sorted? I've been out of service for four days now.

Hopefully tomorrow. If you are able to sign into your account, then click on the Profile tab Manage Eversafe ID click the eye beside the current sim then change it and press save.

Are you able to message back the agent and ask them to update the new sim for you.
