my plan was from December 12, 2024 to January 12 of 2024 but when I change my plan on December 21, 2024, I was charged it for another amount. How can this be resolved? I didn’t change your phone number I didn’t change anything. I just change the plan

you used Change Now instead of make a schedule plan change using Change on Renewal
PM is prepaid and they are not supposed to help or refund. But they could be nice sometimes, so ask them
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
