I have recently switched from pc to public mobile and I able to call people but I am not receiving any calls or voice messages? How do I fix this, i called pc customer service and they told me from their end the account has been canceled.

@Syed-haider  Have you rebooted the phone or try resetting network settings ? If still same get support to help on the backend to fix
