Hello
I would like to change my plan to 75gb/5g/1000 mins intl call for 35$/Month.
It says for new activation only but can you please assist me to have this better plan?

Not much benefit? It will be of no benefit. They won't make Public Mobile do anything and Public Mobiel doesn't have to offer any plan or offer service to anyone they choose not to.

@buknoy It’s harder to downgrade plan price these days and we can in my change to the plan that are available o us in our accounts to change to despite what it says on website . One work around might be if you see the $30 plan in your account change to it immediately then the $35 roaming plan should appear then make plan change to it for next renewal . If not only other way is to port number out and back in on newly created account with new sim and new email with desired plan

Likely not available to you, however you can try your luck with the Customer Support agents who are employees of Public Mobile.
We're just other customers like you on this forum.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@buknoy You can only change your plan to the ones showing available in you PM app. They have made it very difficult to get a cheaper plan. I assume your current plan is more than $35?

you can only change to plans that's shown in your account. If you currently have a plan of higher value than this one...you likely won't be able to downgrade to this plan. You can ask though. Use the Chat Bubble or this link ...
