@marcmib Try rebooting the phone if you haven’t already . looks to me like you all paid up

But if you need to make payment you can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away
but if you can verify your account is active and not suspended and reboot didn’t work get support to help look into it for you
