Reinitiate Mobile Number Transfer

How do I reinitiate the mobile number transfer request? I am porting my number from Fido to public mobile. I couldn't reply within 90 minutes to the original transfer request, and I'm looking to reinitiate the request. Thanks for all the health community.

To restart the port process, you will have to get in contact with Public Mobile, you can message them here:
