eSim download error - sim 1 not provisioned. Cannot access full account as it is trying to text me and i cannot receive text. Is there not a better way to contact Public mobile then making a support post??

you removed other carrier sim?
make sure the PM eSIM is set as Primary and Turn on this Line is enabled
try Resetting All Networks
