I've been with Public Mobile for years and use an iphone. For the last few days I haven't been able to send or receive any calls. I've tried the regular troubleshooting tips. Is the service down right now?

Resolved! Activation failure

I got the error code 821 when trying to activate my SIM card. I had a US number but I took that SIM card out and put in the new one. I’m not sure what to do next to correct this problem.

International call is not working

Hi Everyone,     I added $15 for 300 minutes of international calls to my plan. Now whenever I call my brother in Egypt it keeps telling me that this number is not correct !! Am I missing any step to activate the $15 add-on ? Thanks,    Ahmed.
