I dont have an Android phone, is there a means to setup the plan without one?
It only indicated the requirement after I'd already paid.

Pinetime? Or Pinephone? Pinetime doesn't appear to be a cell watch. Pinephone seems very light on specific specs. Need more info.

All you need to do is to active your SIM then you can put it in any UNLOCKED or non-BLACKLISTED iPhone or Android phones.
To check if phone is Blacklisted/Lost/Stolen enter the IMEI of the phone:

@sacked ,
Please send a CS_Agent a message & see what can be done. If you are told your device can not be used here I would think they would refund your money.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
You can Click here to submit a ticket↗ through the virtual assistant. “This method uses the ticketing system for a faster response time”.
Alternatively, You can send a private message to a CS_Agent: -> https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 “This method takes longer to receive a response back”.
Customer Support Agents are available from:
A CS_Agent will respond back in your Community mailbox at the top right of this page (envelope icon to the left of your community avatar).
