Accidentally changed subscription

I accidentally changed my subscription and didn't say at next period, as I did not see the option. Any way to change it now that I got charged, I went from 1 month to 3 month.

I dont have an Android phone, is there a means to setup the plan without one?It only indicated the requirement after I'd already paid.

I dont have an iPhone either. I'm using a Pinetime smartphone with no access to Google or Apple products.
