US data package didn’t work

I purchased a US data roaming add on. I’ve done this in the past and it has worked, no problem. This last time, however, the data never worked once in the US. When I checked later it said I had used up the days (purchased a 10 day package) but the data never worked to begin with. 
I would like a refund of the $10 I spent on this but was never able to use it.

Yes. Data roaming was enabled at the time. No not Alaska. I live in BC and went across the border into Washington

Data roaming was enabled at the time of (attempted) usage.

Make sure data roaming is on.

The packages are now 15 days. Did you buy the 250MB  add-on? Was data roaming enabled on your device itself? You weren't in Alaska, were you?
