texting not working

I can't send or receive texts anymore on my iPhone. I cannot verify my number on imessages, I've tried restarting my phone and toggling imessages on and off.

Thanks, I tried it but it doesn't work - will see if the CS agent can help.

@Rocco2  If you turn off face time and iMessage , then go to setting general >shut down will be in blue lettering .. wait 5 mins turn phone back on then go turn face time back on and iMessage back on it’s should verify you number again with a check mark .. and you should be good

Thanks - I've tried resetting network, and have updated my iPhone to the latest, can receive calls and data is working.

@Rocco2 , please reset network settings & reboot your iPhone then try again.

Also, have you updated your iPhone to the latest update 16.5?

Edit: Are you able to call out & receive calls? If your data working?
