Unable to port and cannot complete ticket

  • Tried to make a ticket for an issue with the porting of my number as it says my number does not exist when I input it..However when I try to make a ticket to see why my phone number doesn’t exist when I start the porting process it won’t let me fill in one of the boxes which stops me from completing the ticket entirely.. please help
