I have this plan for a long-distance use only since I have another service to use for the other needs. It doesn't go through when I tried to call. Would you late my calls connected or do I have to cancel my plan with you guy? I don't know what to do ...

So I ran out of data on my phone today with 5 days remaining on this cycle. I bought more data ($80.00) it came off my card but its still saying data exceeded. What can I do?

Got new phone, want to keep current sim card and phone number, can I simply put sim card in new phone and activate? How to do this?

Overcharged when plan changed

I changed my plan today and was charged for the old plan $40 and then $45 for the new plan. For a total of $90. I was not credited $40 for the old plan which had not yet started
