Hi, I have the 15G/40 plan and see there is a new 20G/39 promo. When I look at my account the promo is not a subscription offer. But when I look at plans offered in BC it is there. How can I access the promo?
I see all the other plans, just not the $39 plan. I have tried it on the app, logged in, and on my tablet. I have also cleared my history, cache, and anything related to public mobile or tell us in my history. I also tried incognito mode. Someone els...
I just tried that, thanks for the option. It didn't actually work. And I cleared my cache, cookies and history yesterday and that didn't work either. I have contacted CS as suggested.
