I got through the EverSafe fiasco last time. Every time I log into my account or community it is a new scary experience. My account shows my plan correctly and bonus add ons thankfully but the usage log is not based on my phone. Not my usage pattern and I don’t know one number listed. No place to update credit card info, no place to log out. The app is no different. Even on the community page I cannot get on with my old user name. This name I wound up with has none of my badges, bravos etcetera. Hard to be confident.

Well crap! I missed the arrow interface. Doesn’t seem intuitive to me but whatever… Thanks for the directions!

The tabs are on the side
But you are right, My Account is slow, give it some time, or try again

The only menu I have is shows EN, Community, Rewards, Chatbot and the shopping cart icon. Below is +Addons and change subscription. I tried your direct link and made it their once. Second try just stalls on progress indicator.

To update your credit card information, you can easily done that via My Account
Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card

There has been some problem linking old Community account name for some customers. PM is aware of this.

The one number you don't recognize, does it end with 4001 ? it is VM
You can update credit card on the Payment page
Old Community username is a problem, please submit ticket with CS agent:
