I cannot change my credit card because the web page wont show me a link.

I am trying to change my credit card info but the web page is sending me to a renew subscription page where there is no access to an option to 'continue with previous plan', nor is there an option "log in to the Public Mobile website and navigate to the ‘Payments’ section."

It simply sends me to a page about changing my sim card. I have been a member with public mobile for years and have never had to deal with any of this mess before. The simplicity was very appealing until today. Please help?

it still says "lets resume your reactivation" no link for changing the cc information.

If I follow the lets resume.. it will send me to a link to enter my sim card information. Nowhere is there an option to simply add my new credit card number
