Cannot access old email linked to phone number

I am trying to log into my MyAccount that has my phone number connected, but I do not have access to the email used when creating the account and whenever I try to log in and press 'forgot email' it sends a reset link to the email I DO NOT have access to, I just want to reset that account or delete it and connect my number to this new account.

Indeed, @Ken2405 , you'll need customer support for that.  I just wanted to ensure you hadn't been a customer before, then went elsewhere, and returned to Public Mobile with a different account number.   Sounds like it has been continuous service.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

  1. Use the ticketing system by clicking here , then Contact Us,  or
  2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Yes I've been with public mobile for a few years now I just want to update my email address or connect my phone number to this new account as I do not have access to the email used when the old account was made.

To be certain, @Ken2405 , you are an existing customer and only want to update your e-mail address.

Sounds like you'll need customer support to gain access to your account.
