sim card stopped working first day

registered new sim card into unlocked phone. worked fine several for several hours. Sim card is no longer recognized. I tested another PM sim card in the phone and it works fine.  Does PM offer any warranty on one day old sim cards?

If approved by the CRTC, how will the passing on to the customer $2.00 charge for using a credit card to pay, affect Public Mobile.  Credit card use as we know is encouraged on Public Mobile.
