Hi,
My dad lost his phone with his Sim card and I have bought a new phone with a new Sim card. I am unable to activate it on the plan he had.
Could you please assist?

hi @Cool1 you don't activate new
you login to his my Account and change sim card
can he or you login? of not, open ticket

@Cool1 Do not activate it , you have to SIM card swap the number , profile tab in my account
