I cannot connect

I have tried to port my number, however Rogers cut me off during the porting but now public mobile wants to verify that phone number by text but I cannot receive texts only emails. Rogers will not re-activate my account to do so.

Subscribed on the 4th and having nothing but issues

I joined PM yesterday and ported from Virgin Plus, but my data is not working. Also, whenever I make a call and the person on the other end picks up, the call fails. The same happens if someone calls me and I pick up. Any help?
