there is the option on the Account page.  Pucrchase sim card and choose Esim

and the app might charge you $5.  Pay first and ask for reimbursement after

Thank you. It doesn’t give me the option to purchase an esim anywhere and they said it would be of no cost if I have an existing esim😢

get a new cellphone, download the PM app onto new cell and log in to your account and get a new sim on that account.
