Hello! In the last 24 hours most of my incoming phone calls are going right to voicemail without me even being notified of receiving a call. I have a red, new message dot on my voicemail, but when I try to open it, an hourglass appears and I’m unable to do anything other than close it. I have had a couple calls that do come through and a couple voicemails that I can see. I’ve been with Public Mobile for almost a year and haven’t changed anything recently. I’ve gone through all the basics (turn phone on and off, airplane on and off, looked at all the settings, etc.). I send a message to Public Mobile, but thought I’d put it here too.

HI @AmiM
try changing your network to 3G and see if the phone connects at all. If not, then it is a problem with 3G
also, are you in Montreal? there is a service issue there:

Hey @AmiM Try going into your settings and reset your network settings and reboot the phone.
If you're still having issues, contacta CS Agent and have them reset your network on their end
