I ordered a SIM card back in December. I never received it - likely due in part to the postal strike. I would like to have a new SIM card shipped to me. Who can I talk to who can check out my account, confirm that it was shipped, confirm it was not activated and then send me a new one.
Thank you

is there a Mobile Klinik in your area ? They have the Public Mobile sims for about $10..then you can message Customer support to provide a credit to your account for the sim you originally purchased but didn't receive.
Welcome to Public Mobile.

@DarrenMillar Open a support ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, but if that doesn't work for you you can send a private message to support using this link

You could also go to a Telus/Koodo store and buy a sim card, ask support if they will reimburse you. They are also sold through Amazon.
